Kitchen:

✔ Clean and sanitize countertops

✔ Clean sink and faucet

✔ Wipe exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, stove)

✔ Clean microwave interior if needed

✔ Load dishwasher or neatly place dishes

✔ Empty trash and replace liner

✔ Sweep and mop floors

Bathrooms:

✔ Clean and sanitize toilet

✔ Clean sink and vanity

✔ Clean shower or tub

✔ Polish mirrors

✔ Wipe fixtures

✔ Replace towels with clean towels (if host provides)

✔ Empty trash

✔ Mop floors

Bedrooms:

✔ Strip used linens

✔ Make beds with clean linens provided by host

✔ Dust surfaces and furniture

✔ Vacuum or mop floors

✔ Check for guest belongings

 

 

Living Areas:

✔ Dust furniture and surfaces

✔ Wipe coffee tables and side tables

✔ Vacuum rugs and floors

✔ Mop hard floors

✔ Empty trash

 

 

General Tasks:

✔ Remove all trash from property

✔ Replace trash liners

✔ Check for obvious guest belongings

✔ Turn off lights if required

✔ Lock doors when leaving
