Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? Yes. Our cleaners bring professional cleaning supplies and equipment to every appointment. If you prefer that we use specific products in your home, please let us know before your cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning? No. Many of our clients provide entry instructions such as a key, lockbox, garage code, or door code. Our team will clean your home and secure it when we leave.
What cleaning services do you offer? Fine & Dandy Cleaning Service offers: • Standard recurring cleaning • Deep cleaning • Move-in / move-out cleaning • Airbnb turnover cleaning • Residential and office cleaning
How long will my cleaning take? Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of your home. Most homes take between 2–4 hours for a standard cleaning.
How often can I schedule recurring cleanings? We offer flexible recurring cleaning schedules including: • Weekly • Bi-weekly • Monthly(Contact us for a quote, typically treated as a deep clean depending on condition of the home or office.) Recurring clients often receive priority scheduling.
What is included in a standard cleaning? Our standard cleaning typically includes: • dusting surfaces and furniture • cleaning bathrooms and kitchens • vacuuming carpets and rugs • mopping floors • emptying trash • wiping high-touch surfaces You can view our full cleaning checklist on our What’s Included page.
Do you offer deep cleaning services? Yes. Deep cleaning is recommended for first-time clients or homes that need extra attention. This service includes additional detail cleaning such as baseboards, buildup removal, and extra bathroom and kitchen scrubbing.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. If less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours you can only reschedule, deposit non-refundable. If less than 12 hours you are charged 50% of the service fee.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning? Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.
