Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Arrival times may vary depending on the day’s schedule.

Access to Property

Clients must provide access to the property during the scheduled service window.

Payment

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

We request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

Liability

Fine & Dandy Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that were improperly installed.
